What we collect
This website has no sign-up, no account and no contact form. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us by email.
When you email us
- Your name and email address, and anything else you include in your message.
- Business details you share about your organisation or the problem you are describing.
When you apply for a role
- Your CV or portfolio, work history, and any links you send.
- Notes we make during interviews and take-home reviews.
Automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where it goes further, to scope and deliver work.
- To assess job applications and keep a record of our hiring decisions.
- To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the business. Where we enter a contract, processing is necessary to perform it.
Third parties
We keep these to a minimum. The ones that apply to this website are:
Web fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We are working to self-host these.
Hosting. Our provider processes server logs on our behalf.
Email. Messages you send are stored with our email provider.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can come back to you if a suitable role opens. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to connect@stackinfinitygroup.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in India, these rights sit under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the UK or EU, they sit under the UK GDPR and GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and keep the number of people who can reach your information small. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
